Strategic Searches
Institutions are undergoing a process of human capital revaluation. To this end, personnel selection is a key function that intends to find the most suitable candidate for a particular position.
This strategic search allows each person to expose their talent and develop it in the right place, thus obtaining maximum performance from their work profile.
As an occupational psychologist I have been trained to perceive and understand human behaviour. In the selection process, I apply these resources to understand the candidate’s characteristics and needs, and carry out a diagnosis.
Psychometric evaluation
It allows assessing the applicant’s skills, regarding job positions and the organization’s culture.
Potential assessment
It evaluates a candidate's performance and leadership potential when assuming greater responsibilities. It is widely applied for evaluating replacement candidates and managerial profiles. It allows us to understand the candidate’s leadership style and its relationship with the team’s productivity.
English level assessment
The current context requires candidates for some positions to have a fluent command of English. For this purpose we carry out language level assessments.
Bilingual assessment
In the cases in which the organization requires it, we carry out selection interviews and psychometric evaluations in English.
Assessment Center Method
The Assessment Center Method (ACM) is a group evaluation technique that consists of asking applicants to solve different types of problematic situations. It is a technique widely used for massive recruiting and within the selection process of young professionals.
Clinical Area
Vocational-Occupational Guidance
The Occupational Vocational Guidance process is aimed at those people who would like to develop a future project and decide on their studies and careers.
